Winterization
I was informed by one of my consumer's Probation Officer that President Obama provided each state with a sustained amount of dollars for residents to Winterize their homes. The links below are for residents of the state of GA. If you want to GREEN your home, need a new roof, windows, etc Hud will pay for it and send you a reimbursement check of some sort.

In Kentucky the information I received was based on income. Most with incomes a low as it was set would not be able to afford to maintain a home. Hope my info was wrong.
