Well...after this weekend of eating all kind of crap at the Autumn colorfest near Pennsylvania I will not be the first one to cast stones
, and after sampling many treats over the weekend at the fall fest I am gonna hafta be in the gym all week trying to stop damage

But I do have my limits and that is enough to make me ill

just thinking about that extremely rich meal, Gurl...in my binging days...this would have been a drop in the bucket! I just think about the kids that are offered these type of food choices...wonder how many kids gulped down a few of these toxic burgers...not knowing what the hell they have in store for them. And think about the supersize fries and Soda....that would have rounded out this combo.

Omg..yes it was fun!! It was near Pennyslania where Erik lives.. Great event to take the kids, they had all sorts of crafts, food, pumpkins, they had all sorts of vendors selling everything from apple dumplings with ice cream to jewelry, clothes, Halloween and Christmas decorations, Erik and I bought tons of stuff to go in the house, and things to put on my door for Halloween and just junk that I probably will never use until we move in our house. But yes..it was great, we ate food from Moe's Soul food it was was off the chain...collard greens, mac and cheese, corn muffins and fried cat fish with hot sauce, Erik went crazy over the soul food

Gurl....you are crazy....and you most definitely could get away with it...all that running and jogging you do. Hell...I lose a ounce or two just reading your 5K posts. I'll get on board one of these days.

i saw them make this sandwich on diners, drive-in's and dives...they even grilled the doughnut...that cheeseburger looked GOODER THAN A MUGG!!!!
