LV'N MY RNY. WORKING FOR ME BECAUSE I WORK FOR IT.
I was back on point but then yesterday I missed on the water, portion control for my snacks and worst of all my vitamins. The worst part about the snacks was I ate till I was full; reviving bad habits and my love of a full tummy. Then of course we all know the risks of dehydration and vitamin deficiency.
Early post op I had to develop a water plan to make sure I never fell short and I'm reviving that today along with taking my supplements on a schedule instead of just whenever.
As for the snacking, well I have a plan for the week to phase out the boredom with my diet. That is the root of my problem. My head issues have yet to be mastered so to add variety without undue temptation I'm buying single serving packages of foods I'd forbidden. Also, I will be trashinging food when temptation threatens to overwhelm me. Its sinfully wasteful true, but it has kept me out of trouble in the past so I know it works.
The inches are dropping off but this week is for the scale victory. It is going to be a tough one.
Thanks for keeping me accountable!

I am on point with the vitamins. Need to keep my water container full to ensure I meet my water goal of 80ozs.
So in short....Exercise is the focus for the week. My goal is to get to the gym 3 times and do 30-45 minutes on the treadmill...and weights.
on eating
on water......
I WILL be doing better this week......

I'm 'requiring' myself to watch at LEAST 1 hour of TV each night.... sound crazy? Well - my recumbent bike is parked right in front of the TV - so I will have to spin and watch. No less than 30 min on the bike. Then core work and free weights - core work each night, weights on Tues and Thurs most likely.
I MIGHT change up and actually get to the gym a couple nights OR go to the park if the weather clears up - but the bike plan is absolute.
