Day 3 Post Op

I am feeling really good considering I just had surgery on Friday.

I am no longer on any pain meds even though my pain level is a 3 on a scale of 1-10.

I am up walking and sip sip sipping my water and protein shakes.

I am in good spirits and surprisingly my energy level is high.

I am actually getting ready to get in the shower to get ready to go to a focus study.

Nothing like free money.

I will get $75.00 for an hour of my time.

I am so grateful for all of the love and support you have all given me.

It means a lot to me to have so many people rally around me and be there for me.

I am glad that I am now past my surgery and on to recovering and reaching my goals.

I am following all of my doctors post op guidelines and am making sure to sip sip sip and walk walk walk.

I hope you all have an absolutely fabulous day.

I actually have a checklist and all of those things are on there plus other things.
