Tell the whole truth and be accountable. How did you do yesterday? How is the week's plan working out? Weekends are filled with temptation so make it easy on yourself keeping the right stuff available and limiting what you want but don't need.
Get your water, exercise and supplements in. Remember the rules: protein first, no drinking with meals, waiting period before drinking after meals, etc. Its all about you. Don't let anyone or anything get in your way.

V'N MY RNY. WORKING FOR ME BECAUSE I WORK FOR IT.
I THOUGHT I did pretty alright yesterday - but the scale has an extra 0.2 lbs on it this morning so I am going to haul Mr. 0.2 into the damn gym and kick his ass around - see if holds on till tomorrow after that!
I don't have a lot to do today - just the rent run for my moms - so me and babygirl will clean during the morning, go do that and I'll hit the gym around 2 or so - after all the folk with kids have cleared out. Cardio and some good old fashioned iron pumping ought to do me just fine.
I will need to really concentrate on water - I know I didn't get in enough yesterday - hence Mr. 0.2 thinking he could sneak his ass on in.....I already told him don't EVEN sit down, cause you 'bout to leave!!!!!!
Food - let's see.......
B - quiche and ham
L - BBQ ribs w/green beans
D - burger patty w/pickles and mayo
Water 64oz or more
Vitamins

Yesterday was good. I think I'm finally out of my carb craving hell. My appetite is down and I'm eating the right stuff. The scale is standing still but my waistline is finally under 30". ![](http://images.obesityhelp.com/_shared/images/smiley/msn/party4.gif)
I stuck to straight protein and was picture perfect on plan until dinner. We went to a buffet but I did well. A lot of salad and veg and a small amunt of fish and chicken (although both were fried) and one taste of the ribs. My only carb item was a sf cookie. All supplements taken and 64 oz of liquids for the day. I was out at the beach and nature reserve so all the walking was my exercise lite for the day. .
