Accountability Mission: No Mercy and No Excuses 

HAPPY FRIDAY AND WELCOME TO THE WEEKEND BAF PEOPLE.  WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO TO KEEP YOURSELF STRAIGHT THIS WEEKEND?   

Tell the whole truth and be accountable.   How did you do yesterday?  How is the week's plan working out? Weekens are filled with temptation so make it easy on yourself keeping the right stuff available and limiting what you want but don't need to have.  

Get your water, exercise and supplements in.  Remember the rules: protein first, no drinking with meals, waiting period before drinking after meals, etc.  Its all about you.  Don't let anyone or anything get in your way.

 I went to the local fair last night.  I did not exercise but  I got my 64 ounces of water in another day.

People are so worried about what they eat between Christmas and the New Year, but they really should be worried about what they eat between the New Year and Christmas. ~Author Unknown

At least at the fair you are on your feet and out moving.  Who knows how far you walked.  I'm hitting the beach today and the trails will be my exercise.  Substitutions are permitted.

Yesterday I decided to start my week over.  I have been slip shod, going through the motions without attention to detail.  If I'd waited till Monday to restart who knows how bad it would have gotten. 

Liquids 64 oz half water, finally back on point with the plain water.  No starchy carb foods, all carbs were from produce.  Three servings of fruit, so I kept it under control.  Protein, I got my 100g.    All supplements taken and an hour of cardio done.  My only indescretion was no strength training.      Not a perfect day but better.

Last evening...I unpackaged my new Silver Bullet....well the Macy's version.  I am going to stock up this weekend with fruits so that I can start a regime of Protein Shakes...I really have not been including shakes in my meal plan.

I think this will be helpful....get me back to that new post op mindset. I will still eat regular meals...but its all about making a change to do something different healthwise.

I knocked it out yesterday - food was on point - I did have a 'moment' with a couple squares of dark chocolate and some peanut butter.... sue me.

Did the exercise bike and some core work - could have done a lil better on water.

Did my weekly weigh in and shots at the doc - on THEIR scale, I was 193.8 - down from 200 even when I started.  Next friday is my 30 mark on this program with them.  WHOOO!!!!! 

I don't just have issues, I have subscriptions!  I'm saving on the newsstand price.......

Hey Fam,

I am checking in today cause I am feeling much better today. I havent been eating a whole mostly soups and juice....fluids. Anywho today I started back with some soft proteins juice/water . I did okay with that so tommorow I will get back into my regimen.Here were my meals for the day

Vitamins...check
Water 64 oz including some juices
B-two boiled eggs
S- apple
L-protein shake
S- jello
Dinner- Talapia and grean beans.
I really havent done anything with exercise this week so I will have refocus on that next week.

Glad you're feeling better! 

so...... have you weighed???  I'm not interested in being kept in the dark - and neither should you.  You got yourself back in line because you didn't like the number you last saw - staying ignorant of the # now is not going to do any good either - you gotta know where you are to know how close you are to where you want to be.

I was going to do that today and my darn scale isnt working so I did the next best thing pulled out some of my jeans I want to get in......and can have a drum pleaaassseee!!!! I den gone and got back in my 12 jeans....I was like shut the fool up....lol so I dont know where I am weighng in at  right now but I couldnt even get them puppies on a few weeks ago...I cant get in all of them yet...you know how the size game goes ...but  I am so happy I about to go take an extra long walk through my community .....since the sun is out and all....Anywho I will be purchasing a new scale this week ...I am anxious to see where i am now. AS for the meal plan...well it goes

B- protein shake
S- apple
L- Tuna Salad
S-not sure yet
D- will be chicken or pork chops with green beans/potaotes
Vitamins- Check

Well alright then!!!  Good job! 

The thing now is - do NOT get complacent!!!  You know you're making progress, but you are NOT done - no rewards, no 'treats' no - I've been good so Imma skip doing this today.
