AND that is what makes the MAN AWESOME!!! The fact that HE WON the PRIZE and they feel AS though he hasn't done a thing.  I will admit...in his short time in office...he has not done much EXCEPT inspire a WORLD! LOL! I can only imagine the accolades hes gonna get when he gets the actual work done!!!

He's going to go down in history as the MOST POPULAR AND ACCOMPISHED President....mark my word!!!

I am so happy for President Obama. When I got to work at 430 this morning...let's just say it was a great way to start my day!

People are so worried about what they eat between Christmas and the New Year, but they really should be worried about what they eat between the New Year and Christmas. ~Author Unknown

It is amazing that others can recognize what a wonderful person our President is, but here at home he is just a Black man who got lucky. This reminds me of Jesus not getting any respect in his home town, they said isn't he Joseph the carpenters son? When that Senator yelled out during his speech President Jimmy Carter called it racism at it best. The Senator's son responded with my parents are not racist. I think we need to define racism. Racism is not just some one in a hooded white robe burning a cross, racism is a two women standing at the counter waiting to be served and the clerk automatically asks the white woman may I help you? Change must begin in our comfort zone. When we bring a baby home from the hospital we take the baby home to our comfort zone and that's where they learn to hate. When in our comfort zones we must stop identifying our culture differences using racial slurs. We must teach our children in our comfort zones to love one another. Sorry guys I will get off my soap box.

              WOW!!!

President Obama is the 3rd serving US President to win the Nobel Peace Prize. He makes me proud to be an American.
Hopefully this will give him the motivation to go forward with trying to fix our broken economy, and let's not even think of the healthcare issues.  I know it must be discouraging for him at times to try to carry on when you have all the odds stacked against you.  He is living proof that you really can achieve anything if you put your mind to it, no matter where you start from.

If is an honor and an inspiration for Americans and African-Americans throughout this country.  When President Obama was declared president, I had my children sit and watch.  I can't wait until he accepts this award.  Up in heaven MLK is smiling today.

Girl, sit your Republican ass down somewhere!

Ok, you know I'm just messing with you.  It is so great.  With his background we now have a president that truly understands that we Americans are citizens of the world-just not our portion of North America.
