You are serious about Starbucks. Well in my little country arse town there is no Starbucks just a bunch of bucks running around because it is deer season LOL.  I think the nearest one is in Lake Charles and if not it is in Beaumont, Texas which is just a little further. I will try out your suggesions when I am in the area.

Still not train'n but I'm doing better focusing on protein today.  Started with a shake this morning.  Any snacking urges will be filled by protein. 

ETA: The bm question?

  Its been a hit or miss since week one post op.  I'm giving myself roids just to get a turd out every day so I feel like I did something.  I took my first laxative ever (at least in memory) post op.  Pre op you could set your watch by me and I could make at will.  I did learn that sf pudding can loosen me up in some unpleasant ways fast.
