ALMOST TO THE WEEKEND PEOPLE. GET YOUR PLANS IN ORDER SO YOU CAN STAY ON POINT.
Tell the whole truth and be accountable. How did you do yesterday? How is the week's plan working? Make any adjustments you need right now. Don't wait for a problem to arise. Make the right foods available and be sure to limit exposure to food that you should avoid.
Hold onto your resolve and be sure to get enough water, exercise and take all of your supplements. Commit to playing by the rules: protein first, no drinking with meals, waiting period before drinking after meals, etc.
This will always be hard but we can do this. Be it pre op diet, active wl, or maintenance we can do this no matter where we stand today.

Heyyyyy nowwww! I was able to have yet another successful day of water intake...64 ounces and we walked three miles. I actually wanted to go further but decided not to pu**** I believe by next week we will be walking four miles. I will have to be a little more careful with my food intake and I think I will start posting what I am eating on the next day accountability post because it seems to change. I added corn and bread to my dinner yesterday.
People are so worried about what they eat between Christmas and the New Year, but they really should be worried about what they eat between the New Year and Christmas. ~Author Unknown
You have mastered the water! You really need it with all of that walking you're doing.

WHEW! Broke the damn 190's - it's ON like donkey kong now!!!!!! OMG - I am so glad..... I'd been worrying that I wasn't going to get this **** back off - that I had 'broken' my tummy tuck...LOL
Um - given the evidence this morning on the scale - Imma KILL it today!!!!
B - quiche and ham
L - salad w/packet of tuna
D - burger patty w/mayo and pickles
S - cheese cubes, starbucks iced coffee
Water - 64oz min
Vitamins - check!
Will do the bike and core work at home this evening....happily!!!!
