Damn you, Sue (in a good way)!  Every time you post that you had chili, I start salivating like Pavlov's dog.

Hey Cookie!

I ran out the door with a turkey hot link sausage and piece of WW bread in my hand. Gesh...I hate when I am in a rush!

Will have a protein Hot Cocoa in a few.

Just coffee, vitamins and water so far.  Not much in the mood to eat this morning.  

Whom ever said that people who have WLS are taking the easy way out, have never had this experience.  This is a journey and a major challenge.  Step by step I am striving to make it as a loser!!

funny thing is, i get up erry mornin to fix my kids breakfast...egg whites, turkey bacon or sausage, waffles or toast or pancakes...i need to get my act together on MY breakfast too...lol

8 oz of FF skim milk, 1 scoop of chocolate protein powder,(26g protein) 2 squirts of SF chocolate syrup.
(this is fulfilling for breakfast and been workin for me over the last 2 weeks...keewl)
