B- White mocha Protien Frappachino, 1/2 blueberry muffin w/ butter
S- 6 oz greek yogurt w/ 1/4C granola
L- seafood pasta salad
S- 2 oz cheese ans 5 crackers
D- 4 oz salmon filet
S- protien smoothie after workout
S2- 1/4 piece of carrot cake
Today will be a mix up of treadmill, bike, elliptical for an hour all intervals

Ms #1MM, I was wondering about Ms CG myself. Another APB may be required.
I am backsliding into pre rny failings in baby steps. I've developed a taste for things I never used to eat in my attempts to avoid my triggers. My triggers are much healthier so I'm going to find away to get this right bfore new bad habits take hold.
Fruit is my worst trigger. I can rip through an orchard like a locust of one. This week I've managed to keep a bunch of bananas since Friday only having two. For me this is major since I can graze on a whole bunch in one day pre wls. I want those bananas but I'm holding strong. No more fruit substitutes or it will be a junk food addiction instead.
Yesterday was not good. Eats were ok with plenty of protein. It was a higher cab day but under control. Then there were the supplements

The last few weeks have pushed me outside my normal routine and I'm making a cluster fkcu of it. Next week will be normal giving me time to plan for the comming chaotic weeks. I am still under valuing the importance of planning. I made a half assed plan and I'm getting half assed results.

Well I am cheking and still doing well with my eating for the most part....I have been feeling alittle under the weather so I have been doing mostly shakes and soup. I have not gotten any exercise in the last two days but I am hopiing to be feeling better tmw. I have been drinking fluids, water and juice but not as much water as I should ...Anywho here is my meal plan for the today
B- protein shake
L- tuna w/ ranch dressing
D-Soup- cream of chicken
I didnt do much with snacks today but I did take my vitamins...soo I guess thats it till I get back on my feet....nite all

Gon rest up - get your water in - and be ready to watch out when you feel better - I told T this the other weak - when you get better the first thing that comes back is hunger - so just get better and be ready.......
