For People Who Can't Afford Multivitamins, Calcium, Iron, and B-12

I just found out that for those who are going through major financial hardships that there is a program that you can go through if your Bariatric Surgeon completes the form that will allow you to get a 90 day supply of  Multivitamins, Calcium, Iron, and B-12 from Bariatric Advantage if you are ill or needy.
