Hello BAF,

What's really going on? What are you eating?

I'll have tea with a scope of protein as soon as I hit submit to this thread.

I really need to get my blood work done to see if I have any deficiencies. I'm really tired lately and just don't have any motivation. I'm shooting to get my blood work done tomorrow since I have to fast for 12 hours and remember not to take my vitamins. My doc's office is right across the street from my job so I have no excuse ~ tomorrow is the day.

I hope this train ride is working for you!

I was officially thrown from the train on yesterday evening when I ate Hamburger Helper.  I may try to ride again next week. I am limiting my carbs though.

I always say it makes no sense in lying about it because I would lying to make myself look good on the board but knowing I will be cheating IRL.  So I try to keep it real and tell the truth, the whole truth so help me God with my addicition to carbs.

Nope, I agree with you whole heatedly. That's why on the accountability post.............I just tell the truth.........I'm a bum and haven't worked out it a week.

i was dead on yeterday.

today -
B - quiche
L - salad w/packet of tuna
D - burger patty w/pickels and mayo

s - cheese cubes, another iced coffee from Bucks.....

I don't just have issues, I have subscriptions!  I'm saving on the newsstand price.......

Did good  until  I had a handfull of nuts and 2 hush puppies.

I will do better today.

B- Chopped Barbque  (left over from last night)

S- Decafe coffee with splenda

L- Barbque Chicken with turnip greens

D- Don't know yet. ( I will stay on track)

I hit the non dairy no sugar added frozen treats a little too hard yesterday but they where my only carbs.  Definetly not protein train material.  Other forbiddens on the train were only fresh produce.  I had the greens ready but was not feeling them.
