BIRD OF THE MONTH

...i would guess the chickadee as well sue.  they will readily come to a feeder.  the profile on this bird may be a bit deceiving...because it looks like it's probably winter on the photo...and the bird is "puffed" up using air insulation between it's feathers to help it stay warm.

Ohhhh......My favorite bird.  Has a special meaning to me, because when I was a little girl whenever me and my mother saw a "red bird".............She'd always say "you know baby, Red Birds mean love"............even to this day......that's what I say when I see the red bird.....just having a mushy moment!

They always remind me of Christmas. 

LOL...they actually remind me of Christmas also.  i read a book last year called "A Redbird Christmas"..................that's why...lol.
