Welcome. You are so lucky to have found the BAF early on. I took me five years to look past the main board and chatroom.
With your joint problems have you considered swimming? It is a great option for people with issues bearing their own weight. Even if you don't swim, walking the lanes provides support and resistance for a safe workout. Light floating weights for the water are another option. There is an exercise option out there for every level of disability. Options that work for people with MS and other conditions that include muscle weakness and balance difficulties shoukd work for you too.
