Hey Fionna

Girl you did so well.    I never had aspirations to keep running as we both know.  LOL.    I only continued on to the 10 cause when I finished the 8, it seemed like the thing to do. 

I honestly couldn't run the 10K without doing intervals,  I still have to battle the bordem,  but recently I got a little extra motivation and it helps to think of that.
