All aboard!!!! The protein train is here!!! Man.............what's really going on with you on this train?

I've been 1/2 doing this protein train but now I'm dedicated to riding this train and fully starting today!!! I was in  a wedding this weekend and I've totally fell off the month of September. With that said...........it's time to stop talking about it and be about it! I have a good 15 pounds (short term goal) I need to shed!!

Are you committed? Are you willing to do what it takes?

Also, we have a ton of accountability post on the board. Should I post the protein train daily or weekly?
For Breakfast I had a RM protein drink.
When nothing else could help................LOVE lifted me!!!!

I'm here with my ticket!!!!

I made all my food yesterday so that I can pull through this week without distraction.  I made a spinach, ham and cheese quiche yesterday that will be my breakfast thru the week, italian meatballs and ribs for dinner choices - I also have jalapeno cheese stuffed chicken breasts and king crab for alternates if I feel like it.

Stocked up on yogurt and 60 cal Jello mousse desserts to keep the sweet tooth in check and I'll be exercising at least 4 times this week.

I'm READY!!!!!

I don't just have issues, I have subscriptions!  I'm saving on the newsstand price.......

You are pass ready. OMG you planned for the week...........I think that's my biggest problem........planning.

Do you mind sharing your recipe for quiche? It has to be in the form of "recipes for dummies" because I have never made it. My husband's grandma made a seafood one last year and it was my first time tasting it and I loved it. The one you mentioned sounds so good to me right now.

LOL!  I will have to post it - I mentioned it on FB and got asked for it too.  It's on my system at home, not work, so I'll do that this evening.

I made it up - went on Food network and researched some recipes there so I'd understand how it's made, then I put my own ingredients and spin on it.  It's delish!!! and now that you mentioned seafood - Imma jack that idea for next week!  LMAO

And planning is EVERYTHING!  It's the only way I stay on track - I give myself a basic 'roadmap' for the week - and if I want to sub something I can, but I never leave myself wondering 'what am I gonna eat?' - cause that's when I make stupid choices.

I'll be waiting on that recipe. I have to get my head in the game.........it's no excuses...........I'm just always on the go. Lately, I've been telling myself you are not the only mother, wife, student, teacher to have WLS you just have to plan better. Since I'm at home today........I'm making seafood gumbo ~ N.O. style for dinner; that should last for a few days.

Hello Talisha & Riders,

The protein train is totally different (or it should be) than the other posts.  IMO, if someone post on here they should be following the PT guidelines only. If not, they should use the other accountability posts.

I will be riding the train for the next few days to get the sugars/carbs out then I will move on to my lower calorie regimen.

B-coffee and eggs
L-salad
D-salad with meat

You are right Ms Faith, which means the conductor needs to throw my @$$ off this train.  Posts that don't follow the rules will just confuse people.

I'll be back MsT after I finish all of my fresh produce and I'm ready to ride this train.  I'll be lurking and supporting!

LOL@ you!  A person can post any where they choose to but like you just said it may be confusing to some.
