Accountability Mission: No Mercy and No Excuses

THE WEEKEND'S DONE, HOW'D YOU GET THROUGH IT?  IF YOU GAVE INTO TEMPTATION,WHAT'S THE PLAN TO FIX THE RESULT.  THERE IS NO SLIP YOU CANNOT RECOVER FROM.  SKIP THE WALLOWING AND GET BACK ON PLAN.

So now,Tell the whole truth and be accountable.   How did you do?  Have you planned for the week? Have you made the right foods available and limited exposure to food that you should avoid?  Resolve this week to get enough water, exercise and take all supplements.  And also resolve to play by the rules: protein first, no drinking with meals, waiting period before drinking after meals, etc.  We know what to do, we know it will always be hard, we know its too late to change our minds.

... All are welcome, jump in at anytime.

Hey lady!!!!

I did good over the weekend, except for exercise.  I'd wanted to go back to the park with babygirl, but it rained all weekend and I didn't do any exercise inside either.

My scale said 192 flat this morning - three weeks or so ago it was 200 flat.  So, it's moving in the right direction.  I've been taking my pills and getting the shots every Friday - don't know exactly what part of it is making it work, but I'm going to keep all of it to make sure I don't mess up the 'magic'!  LOL

Eight lbs, phenominal!  I'm searching for my Atkins book, may need to go back to Mr A ad kill the carb monster.  I never had faith in wl clinics but I'll have to re think that.  Damn, are you getting results or what.

I saw your protein train post and prep for the week.  If I ever decide to grow up I'm gonna be just like you.

you silly!!!!  Chile - I ain't nothing special - I shoot myself in the foot just like everybody else.
But I firmly believe that it's not the fact that you shoot yourself in the foot, nor the fact that you reload

IT'S HOW QUICKLY YOU RELOAD AND HOW OFTEN.

I can't tell you what the scale says because I refuse to weigh.  I will have to weigh on Friday when I go to my PS.  I am riding the protein train this week and I am really going to try to shoot for 64 ounces or more of water daily.  I will exercise everyday this week rain or shine.

I'm rooting for you with the water.  I know how tough that is for you.  Holding off on the weigh in will give you a nice surprise come Friday.

Saturday was bad but Sunday was much better.  I lost my mind in Trader Joes and ate too many of the pumpernickle pretzels I bought.  I just put the carb monster to sleep and then woke him again.  Got in all water and supplements and hit my protein goal both days.

I'm back on track today with my spreadsheets almost set up so I can do the math daily.  I'm lost without my stats.  The good news is that after six days of no weigh ins (to avoid committing suicide over this water weight) I have lost two pounds.  Finally the scale has moved the right way.  Although my body water percentage continues to climb above 50%, I'm 12 lbs (count em, twelve) down from last week.   I may close this month a size down despite the water weight.  I can slip in and out of my jeans without un fastening them.  Size six here I come.

I'm back in the gym this week so I'm shooting for a 1500 cal per day deficit and a three pound loss this week.

Well umm we don't wanna talk about the weekend.  But today is day one of the 5 day pouch test, and so far its going well.  I'm gonna try to hit the gym at my complex before going to a support group meeting tonight.

Hmmn, not talking huh.  I'll take that to mean you don't want to show the rest of us up .   Good luck with the 5dpt.  Day 1 is the hardest but it gets easier quickly.

Please, after all that I ate over the weekend I'm feeling overly full and kind of bloated.  Today hasn't been bad at all-we'll see about day 2.
