DRAMA Queen on board
saying thank you to all on my 6th rebirthaversary!....Though I am not on BAF often, I still consider myself a BAF member and like to update my struggles (and they are many) as well as success on my journey.
When MarJean died...BAF just felt I don't know...can't describe it but it's hard coming here now....so I basically stay away
BUT for those of u who are struggling....take it from a VET who has done not one thing right since her surgery....if you follow the rules, ur journey will be easier and you can maintain it....for those of you like me who SCREW up....don't kick urself....it's never to late to get on track!
I am still losing....my final goal is to be back in a size 8 by March and have a tummy tuck....
I don't see it as a problem as long as I am consistent with my eating and working out....
Once again....thanks.....much love to each and all
