I wanna know if History repeats itself?
After having a conversation with my mother and finding out she had her stomach stapled for weightloss at the exact age I am, I was really surprised and curious. Not only did I have surgery at the same age she did but I am currently driving a mustang Gt and she was also. I said all this to say....
Did anyone follow in the footsteps of there parents without even knowing it?

I've recently discovered some things that make me, indeed, my mother's child. Now that I know these things - I have some opportunity to change those that I can and want to - and now understand a bit more about why I am the way that I am.

It's so weird how these things happen, my mother and I both gave birth to our one and only girl child at 26 y.o. both dad's are West Indian and work in health care. Unfortunately were both single parents (one similarity I could do without).
