With tomatoes!!  My hubby's garden produced an enormous amount of tomatoes this year!  We've given many away, but I don't know how many more fried green tomatoes I can take!  Any suggestions and recipes are appreciated!!!

you could make spaghetti sauce from scratch......

food network's site lets you look up stuff by ingredient - try there

I don't just have issues, I have subscriptions!  I'm saving on the newsstand price.......

Trying canning them if you want to keep them for next year or if not there are tons of recipes on such sites as www.allrecipes.com.

I am roasting Roma tomatoes and dicing them up them sprinkling them, goat cheese, artichoke and avocado over a corn tortilla covered in Greek yogurt.....yummy. Dang is it time to go home yet?

Hmmmm.  Homemade spaghetti sauce sounds like a good one.  Also, the wraps with artichokes and avocados, etc.  That sounds like dinner tomorrow!  LOL.  Thanks!

Maybe a local church or food bank could use some.

Cut the tomatoes in half.  Get a big bowl and a cheese grater.  Put the cheese grater in the bowl and rub the tomatoe halfs against it until nothing but the skin is left.  Pour the pulp in a ziplock bag and place the bag flat in the freezer.  Whenever you make a stew or soup, just break a hunk off in there .  Give things that fresh taste.
Without struggle, there is no progress.

 Three things that I suggest:

1. Burn garden.
2. Sell house.
3. Move to a city.

That is all.
