I wanted to cook tonight and thought about hamburger helper for my daughter and thought I could have a couple fork fulls. If I use turkey ground beef or lean and use skim milk. Do you think this would be fine. I am four months out.

Pasta sits heavy in my pouch.  I usually avoid it.

I use only dreamfields low carb pasta.  The other stuff will set off cravings for me and leave me hungry again way too soon.

I make a hamburger helper-esque quick meal with a ground beef seasoning packet (McCormicks, Knorr, Publix etc) then add the low carb pasta instead.  I don't have  recipe since I make single servings (no seconds) but I do it just like the package directions for hamburger helper.
