Accountability Mission: No Mercy and No Excuses 

Damn, it seems like almost everyone is struggling in some respect this week.  Then we have those who were struggling, but are now getting it back together.  You know which group you belong in.  Vent, rant, rave, ***** moan, whine, complain but SKIP THE PITY PARTY.  Get it out of your system then GET YOUR ASS IN GEAR AND DO WHAT YOU NEED TO DO.  The real danger is in letting a slip up lead you to another; or waiting to start fresh tomorrow; or even worse, waiting until next Monday which becomes next never.  When you break form, salvage the rest of the day and correct what you can.   

How was WEDNESDAY? Tell the whole truth and be accountable.   How did you do and do you have a good plan to get through today? 
 Are you choosing the right foods?  Getting enough water?  How about exercise and supplements.   Lets all f
ollow the rules today.  Protein first, no drinking with meals, you know the drill...

I was totally ON my game yesterday - eating was ON POINT - had the monthly catered luncheon for my staff - Mexican - made a plate of fajita meat w/guac - YUMMO!!!  I did eat one changito - it's a fried mini-burrito - boy I PAID for that - dump city!!!!!! 

AND.... drum roll....... I went to the park w/babygirl like I said I would!!!!  1.5 miles around the track and then we played catch - it was GREAT!!!  We talked - that lil girl is a trip! 

I bought tennis raquets and balls this morning - we will go again this evening and I'll start teaching her how to play tennis. 

for today:
B - bacon
L - salad w/tuna
D - fajita meat and cucumbers w/ranch dressing

Snacks - cheese, low cal yogurt

Water - 64 oz at least
Vitamins - done



 

I don't just have issues, I have subscriptions!  I'm saving on the newsstand price.......

  Go ahead girl!  Can't call you out on anything today. 

Tennis sounds nice.  I like the game but I could never master that hand/ eye co ordination.  Your Little Miss must be loving this mommy time.  Mom gets the pay off in the teen years whith a kid that actually talks to you, lol.

Yea- that coordination thing gets me every time - it's why I've never taken an aerobics class - it's a tragedy waiting to happen.... LOL

I hope I am back on track at last .    If I had the gym yesterday would have been a really good day. 

All carbs came from a serving of fruit and a tuna salad kit.  Otherwise, I stuck to meat, cheese, veg and protein supplements.  I got all my vits in and forced down 45 oz water with a total of 90oz liquids. 

I plan to eat the same today.  If I can keep the carbs under control and get off of exercise lite and back into the gym today I'll be in good shape.  There's just not enough calorie burn in my workout dvds.  Need a better collection.  Suggestions?

I'm doing very well with my exercise routine.  Being back at the gym has kept me on track.  I'm starting a new belly dancing class in a few weeks for my Saturday activity. 

My eating on the other hand has not been so good.  I am still not getting in enough calories and just barely getting enough protein.  The last two days have been a real challange so, today I am bound and determined to get at least 1100 calories in and all of protein, starting with a yummy high protein berry smoothie.  Yum.

Love is all there is, ever was or ever will be...

I wish I had a belly dancing class nearby.  I have to make do with Shimmy on Fitv but it is still a lot of fun.

On my low apetite days I use nuts to fill the gap.  160-180 calories an ounce and no bulk plus a little protein.   Seems I have fewer low appetite days now.  Drink up and keep the protein high.

Had a great Birthday  today ..I didnt eat to bad at all. I guess from not eating alot of Carbs for the last few days it just wasnt all that appealing.Anywho here goes it for my meal plan etc today.

B- protein shake
S- salami and cheese rolls
L- Grilled chicken salad cupcake
S- Swiss chees dip with some veggies
D- protein shake

My water  so far is 40oz will get the other 24 in tonight
Vitamins all done
and exercise wil consisnt of  walking when I get home since its a decent day outside....my route is abouut 2 miles...so I think thats it

I am proud that   I didnt get to crazy with it today.....Tmw ...will be liquids again just to let my body know that aint the norm

Happy Birthday and well done.  Staying off the carbs is so hard but it does help me with appetite control.

Consider yourself graduated from 'somewhat' to 'mildly' convincing.

I'm waiting to see if you hold thru the weekend - you're still not a full 7 days in - you could still be weak.......

solid plan tho - you could pull thru..... I'm STILL eyeballin you tho..... don't even think I got totally distracted with all the jackassery today......
