I did okay yesterday - I am still struggling with my evening case of 'Lazythanamofo' syndrome - i did exercise, but I know I didn't give it all I had.

Water was aiight, it needs to be better.

I've got my eating for today planned out and I am going to exercise this evening - I MIGHT drag azz into the gym to do REAL work - but I may just sweat at home and surf the sofa for the evening.

I don't just have issues, I have subscriptions!  I'm saving on the newsstand price.......

You got off your @$$ thats step one.  Now give it the push.  You know you can get to that gym and once you've got your program laid out and started you'll be motivated by the results.

I didn't do any exercise yesterday but I plan to work out tonight during the biggest loser as motivation. This would really help to get my butt moving.

LOL...I maybe requesting that butt kicking that you are so good at giving if I don't have it back together soon. IDK what I weigh. I have not weighed since about 09/16. I weighed 186.4 that day.

  I don't want to get on the scale until next Wednesday when my follow up visit to the PS is scheduled. I am back into the swing of things.  I just got finished drinking my Oh Yeah 32g of protein drink.  It really fills me up. I just had my first one over the weekend. I will be getting more.  Depending on the flavor there are only three to four carbs per 14 ounce container.
