Didn't eat very well-balanced healthy meals today but I didn't overeat and I didn't eat any sweets!. I took all my supplements. Did 30 minutes on the Gazelle. Got most of my water in (better than last week.)
I weigh in every Monday morning and today I was at 201lbs-down 12lbs from 9/14.
20 more lbs to get to my previous lowest weight since surgery and 30lbs to goal weight. Since I reached the first mini-goal of 10lbs I am treating myself to a professional facial! Once I get back under 200lbs-I vow to never do that mess again. I made the horrible mistake of believing that I had arrived and didn't need to do anything to maintain it. I will never make that mistake again.

Great food day today....all fluids, all vitamins, calories below 600, protien ..not enough, BUT way better than yesterday....added 1% cheese and lean turkey to my salad for breakfast and was full all day, but did eat a baked chicken leg, steamed cabbage, carrots ( glazed with splenda, 1 tsp light smart balance spread nutmeg and cinnamon)with my son for dinner. My mom brought over cookies and chips for him to put in his lunch this evening ( for the SECOND time) but I promptly gave them back to her even though that would have given me a great excuse to have junk in my house. I Will NOT set myself up for failure...got tomorrow's salad and teas chopped packed and ready.
Not perfect but it doesn't look too bad. Just make sure you get enough protein first and foremost. We all know, newbie, tween or vet, too little protein will get us in big trouble real quick.
Vets like you inspire me and keep me going. Mistakes don't stop you from getting to your goal. I need to remmber that.
