Options.......

Hello Baf,

As I was getting out of the bathtub today I began to thank God for options! A little over two years ago I didn't have the option to shower or take a bath because I couldn't fit in the bathtub. Today, I have options an I am grateful.
I can choose to wear my seatbelt, at first it wouldn't fit around me..........I can choose to sit in ANY chair, I can choose whichever stall I want to use in the bathroom, not just the handicap stall, I can choose to put my belt on AFTER I put my pants on, I can choose to WALK to the store instead of always having to drive, I can go upstairs and get my own keys instead of sending my children and I am sure there are many other things I could think of if I sat and thought about it more! Ahhhh, the power of CHOICE!!!! How about you?

I will keep this rated PG.  lol

I'm thankful for choices as well.

 hmmmmmm - I can think of quite a few 'not yet rated but must advise strong content' items that would fall in this category........

The choice to work out any time of day and not worry who's looking.  The choice to shop in many more stores.  The choice to get on an airplane and not wonder if I would fit in the sit........The choice to park far away and not near the door......The choice to dance my pain away and not sit in my chair.........

I so feel you on the bathtub thing - it was one of my defining moments because when I remodeled my house I chose a new tub and hand to get a showerhead that was removable because I just couldn't reach everywhere I needed to wash..... that was a sad moment. 

i love that I can TRULY choose what store to shop in!  I can walk into ANYWHERE with a misses section and grab something off the rack, try it on, and NOT have to hide it in the dressing room cause I stretched it out so much it's ruined.

and I loved that when I bought my car last year - I could chose the MID size sedan and not the FULL or an SUV cause my behind was so big.... love my lil spawty shawty!!!!!

I like this post! hmmmmmm options...........I thank God for them as well.
~ The option to play hide n seek with my kids without making up excuses because I don't feel like running up and down stairs.
~ the option to not stress over seating in auditoriums like when I go see the Pistons or take my kids to the circus.

I thank god for being able to wake every morning .
I am thankful for the option of veing able to park my car four blocks away from the job and be able to walk to my job with out passing out.
I am thankful for the option to be able to sit where ever I want now on a the bus with out feeling like I will be sitting on the next person's lap options are beautiful
