I just returned from Spin class and worked on my arms. I may not be where I want to be when I look at the mirror and the scale but I have a healthy heart and lungs. I am thankful for that.

Hello All,
Started working out again today.  I have a herniated disc that I am struggling with but I have got to get this body going in the right direction.

I did the elliptical for 30 mins. and went 3.2 miles.  It's a start.

I took my last bootcamp class today, the last of my package.  I survived it.  There were times I wanted to throw-up but I survived it. 

I will be on the bike in the morning and taking the dog for a walk. 

I think I will try HOT YOGA next.
