I got to go get ready for my evening - but I tell you this - I will have plenty of time tomorrow morning to craft a VERY special communication to you - so you can do 1 of 2 things......
Sit down and really make a plan for what you're going to do from here on out to REALLY be serious
OR
Sit down and craft your retraction of your request for my help
Cause I tell you RIGHT ****** NOW- one day in and you're slippin?? I DO NOT work with the weak willed or the easily strayed - you have to WORK to get to where you want to be and if you can't hold it together for 48 hrs............. you got WAY more to work on than just 40lbs.
I would have had more respect for you had you shown up and detailed your fuckup - not only did you fuckup but you ran...... who the hell are you running from? NOT ME!!!! *I* am going out tonight in my size 12 jeans looking FINE as I wanna be......... what will you be wearing/doing???

see I knew I picked the right one for the job....I aint retracted nothing....I already switched gears and got my plan in for this week ...started today..... I am need to kill off my carb man so I switched to 5dy pouch test....then on to protein train...soooo you wil have no more crap out of me.
Btw... the exercise is a mile in the morning a mile at night.....walk away the pounds....that is everyday....and thanks again....I chose you for a reason niglet cause I knew you would bring it.....consider this one manned up

I'll be watching......... and waiting....... tomorrow....... let's not repeat this lil 'session' shall we?
Oh - and just so that you know - I like the walking plan - but I'll be looking for some type of strength and toning work added in - I'll give you 2 solid weeks of sticking to the walking before I demand that - so - it would be to your advantage to start figuring out how you're going to get that in. Walking is great cardio and will increase your metabolism - however, because you are so close to your goal, you'll need to make sure the muscle structure UNDER the fat is ready to 'see the light'.......
Back to studying, grasshopper - there just may be hope for you yet........
