Well, you got the supplements in which is priority because we don't want to mess with the vits ever.  Glad the eating is improving. 

Sounds like me over the last few days.  I'm better today too & desparately trying to stay that way.

Welcome Back! MM#1 was kicking our behinds..................

Honestly, I haven't done well this week but I'm slowly pulling myself together. Had to go to the kids school yesterday so I ate pretty late. I'm going to the grocery store this weekend to prepare myself for the journey.
When nothing else could help................LOVE lifted me!!!!

A good ass kicking is what I';ve been missing.  I'm glad to be back online.  I need to post to keep my heasd on straight. 

I'm off target myself but haven't  blown it totally.  Twice I had to get emergency food from my car to stay away from the wrong edibles.  Its so bad now that I carry crisis control meals, lol.

Welcome back!

This whole week has been shot.  I've got a cold from hell and I haven't eaten much, and what I have eaten hasn't necessarily been protein first.

And exercise?  I'm doing good to stay awake long enough for my drive home from work before I hafta pass out.

I'll get back on track next week, hopefully after I knock this nastiness out.

I'd like to join yall...I definitely want to reach my goal and maintain. The good news is that I have started eating more often and drink all my fluid (exept today) I find myself having BS thoughts yesterday and today like: "I've been so good, I deserve a treat!" I too have been stocking emergency foods to avoid the crap that floats around @ work. I did refuse a cupcake and a slice of pizza offered up at work today without too much worry.  (where were all these folks offering up free food when I wasnt dieting?????)  Cant wait to get this doggone boot off my broken foot so I can exercise. I feel like Im wasting six good weeks of honeymoon weight loss time.
