Protein Train! How was it this week? I'm derailing until Monday!

How did the protein train go for you this week? Have you lost weight? How are you feeling?
I only weigh in on Mondays so.................I will have update then.
I'm normally off BAF on the weekends but if anyone would like to post about the protein train..........that would be great!

Hey lady!!!
I'm still going - the only 'infraction' was a slice of B-day cake with my babygirl last night. Funny enough, it was good, but I didn't crave it and didn't finish the slice I cut.
I am looking forward to this weekend - I'm going to go back to the track and run again Saturday. I should be A-ok thru the weekend.
I went to the doc yesterday for my weekly shots and weighed in. was 200 last Friday - 197.4 yesterday!

B - Protein coffee
L - Turkey burger patty with cheese and mayo
S - Chicken breast
D- Fried chicken wings (no flour) and side salad
Before bed - Protein shake

I've been watching this protein train all week gurl and it looks like the carb monster grabbed hold of you and you gotta cut that nukka off at the knees.
I've been doing the 5 day pouch test this week and was able to stick to it with the exception of a spoonful of peanut butter on the 3rd and 4th days.
Now I'm not suggesting the pouch test to you because it's way more restrictive than the protein train but perhaps if you did a 2 day liquid diet that would decrease the desire to eat carbs and help you stay on that train next week.
I had to do something because I was eating a bag of Doritos err day and now just the thought of them makes me a lil nauseous. I'm not saying I'm cured for good but it's working for now and I know all I need to do is eat one Dorita and my mind will snap out of this trance and recall how good them damn corn chips are and I'll be right back where I was. But for now it's just nice not to crave them.
