Well since it is a "Christian Sex question" I will respond from the Word.
The author of Hebrews reminds us in chapter 13 of the sanctity of marriage and monogamy. They write that the marriage bed should be pure for marriage is an honorable institution
Hebrews 13:4 Marriage is honorable among all, and the(marriage) bed undefiled; but fornicators and adulterers God will judge
So your husbands sperm should taste honorable and undefiled.
And as for sperm other than your husbands ......... I will leave that to you and GOD as the passage states.
