Accountability Mission: No Mercy and No Excuses 

Its time to tell the whole truth and be accountable.   How did you fare this yesterday?  Did you eat well, do well, exercise well?  Have you made any changes others may benefit from knowing about?  Please do share!   

Is your heart really in this thing 100% (why, why not)?  Are you finding ways to rationalize avoiding exercise, not sticking with your goals, or other mscll bull**** that can land you right back where you started? Think about it, it may not always be fun, but are you doing everything you can do to be succesful?

Eating was no problem for me yesterday - but that morning exercise was all I got in.

I'm about to take babygirl to school and hit the gym since I am "Working from home" this morning.... eating should stay on point with no problem.....ummm.... other than the slice of B-day cake Imma have tonight..... bite me - it's her B-day and dammit Ike - IMMA EAT THE DAMN CAKE!!!!!

I have been eating like a mad woman lol. I now weigh once a day in the AM. I said once I got to goal I would do that instead of my once every 2 weeks- once a month weigh ins before. The scale is staying steady at 168-170. I don't want to lose anymore weight. But between this DS and my 10K training program I don't know what's gonna happen. Anywho, plan for today is

B- Protien Mocha Frappachino
S- piece of turkey lasagne made w/ Dreamfield's pasta
L- Boston Market 1/4 dark w creamed spinach and sweet potatoes, piece of cornbread
S- whatever is left over from lunch
D- 4 oz salmon (been marinating since last nite! yummy)
S-protien shake post workout

Didn't get to the weights yesterday, but I'm promising myself I will today

I stayed on taget yesterday. Calories intake was 1015. Protein was 119g. Carbs was 37g.

Had a lot of protein and will be  doing a repeat of theat today.

B- protein shake and vitamins
s- cheese cubes
l- grilled chicken breast and mustard greens
s- protein bar
d- grilled chicken tenders and mustard greens

be careful to vary your menu - if you burn out on something, it'll tempt you to cheat.

Today is day 4 of the 5 day pouch test and it's getting better, my only problem is since I'm gradually adding different proteins daily.

I have to remind myself that I still can't have veggies and fruit.  I have some white peaches that I'm dying to sink my teeth into.

After working out inconsistently for the past two weeks my body is falling back into the swing of things at the gym.  Yesterday I did a spin class and today is kickboxing.

B - 2pcs turkey bacon and 1/3 of a cheese omelet
S - yogurt
L - fish
S - protein shake
D - grilled chicken

Mack you should try it.  I didn't think that I could do it either especially since I've never done a liquid diet before, other than the first days weeks after surgery (that part was easy because I could barely get down 2oz. before I was full).

I wasn't too happy with the results as far as weight loss (although that's not supposed to be the intention) by the end of day 2 but now half way through day 4 I've lost 4lbs and the week ain't done yet.

So I'm pretty satisfied with the results not to mention I've got that oh so tight feeling  again.  It was like doing kegels for my pouch.
