That you love ur homie/roaddog has nothing to do with her relationship, I don't think..  In my humble opinion, if you love a person, you love them.  

You may not love their choices, but that should not matter.  

To paraphrase, "....love the sinner, hate the sin..." 

I may shake my head at some of the things my daughter does, for example, but that doesn't preclude me from loving her to death.

I thought about this one for most of the day. First of all you stated that you two were very close friends, which means she knows you as well as you know yourself. It is clear you are uncomfortable with her partner choice and she knows you well enough to sense that. Perhaps her wanting you to go to the concert with her was her way of saying I still want to be your friend. I don't think she would feel right with trying to buy your friendship because she would know it ain't real. If you value your friendship meet with her and have a heart to heart, clear the air.
