aint nothing just trying to get like you. Big homie. yesturday i did full blast cardio ran on the treadmill for 1 hour at 50 . I did upper body mon today which is wed I have lower body and cardio. Im at 210 now so 25 before goal at 5mths out yesturday. LETS GOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
