cycling on my lunch hr. this instructor is supposed to awesome so I'm looking to have a calorie roaster today; I don't feel like I've been sweating enough. lol

After work I'm going to take Lee's advice and do some lower body resistance at home while watching t.v.

Walking today.  We have a embrace the climb challenge at the Y so keeping track of my steps until I return to gym tommorrow.  Question, does anyone now how many steps we suppose to was every day?

10,000 steps is the number that i remember.

Will hop on the elliptical for 30 mins, then it's in the pool for water aerobics for an hour.

30 minutes upper and lower weight training
7.5 hours on the bike that you have to move your arms with.
