Runner's I need help
I burned a head-banging hip-hop playlist and it really helps me. I sing to myself and all sorts of craziness! Also, I've started cross-training and doing spinning classes. WOW! Is that helping my endurance. After about 3 weeks of spinning, I ran 3 miles straight - nonstop. I think it's important not to pound your legs and knees every day. Alternate with some other aerobic work out. And run to your favorite songs. By the way, I skipped to weeks 8 and 9 and was able to finish the program (C25K). I also talk to myself and tell myself not to stop! It's a grind, I know. But, it's so worth it.
