I have been on a much needed hiatus.  I have been doing my leg exercises but I must return to walking very soon.

Surrender44, i really like this accountability! Thanks taking lead on this...

So, this morning I did a 1 hour class called Pulse 20/20. It's a high intensity weight training and cardio class using the bosu ball, weights and kick boxing bags.

  I sleep in meaning 8am on Tues and Thurs. But I just got back from the gym. I did lower body and 20 min High intensity interval  training on the stair master.
