Accountability Mission: No Mercy and No Excuses 

Its time to tell the whole truth and be accountable.   How did you fare this yesterday?  Did you eat well, do well, exercise well?  Have you made any changes others may benefit from knowing about?  Please do share!   

Is your heart really in this thing 100% (why, why not)?  Are you finding ways to rationalize avoiding exercise, not sticking with your goals, or other mscll bull**** that can land you right back where you started? Think about it, it may not always be fun, but are you doing everything you can do to be succesful?

Alright - major 1st for me last night...... I EXERCISED AT HOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

for myself!!!!  I have never really done that - but my doc is requiring 30 min a day of exercise so I got to it!

Eating was a breeze - the pills are holding me in check for real - I do eat three meals a day - and snack once a day - but the interest is low and the cravings for bullshiot are not there at all.

Today:
B - bacon
L - salad w/packet of tuna
S - cheese and lunch meat roll ups
D - kale w/smoked turkey neck meat

Water - 80 oz
Vitamins - check

30 min cardio tonight!!!

Good Morning #1 Mack Mama,'

I too exercised last night. I went to the track and I actually jogged (and I must say I was sweating bullets)!  I'm so proud of myself so I consider yesterday day 1 for me.

Eating was okay for me for me yesterday but I really need to bring up my protein intake.

Today I will have:

B-2 sasuage patties and some potato's
L- half of salad from yesterday's lunch
S- Cheese stick
D- Baked fish of some sort

W-64oz
Vitamins- ON point!!

Exercise going back to the track for 1 hour with jogging and walking!!!

Today is day 1 for me.

pre- b- protein drink and vitamins
b- boiled gg
s- cheese cubes
l- salad and ground meat patty
s- cheese cubes
d- meat patty and greens

Water 80+ oz today

Hey #1MM, is MSW ok?  Haven't seen her lately, but to be honest I've just been skimming the board.

Anywho, this week hasn't been so great exercise-wise.  I'm not sure if I'm coming down with something or what, but I am exhausted.  Hopefully I'm not getting the flu-hell in one week I'd be able to get the flu shot from work.

Eating has been alright, my plan for today is:
B- special K cereal with skim milk; coffee
L-salad, probably with chicken for some protein
D-I've got some 90% lean ground chuck I'll either season with taco flavorings to top a salad or make hamburger patties.  I'm not sure yet.

I've already taken my vit and I'm working on 68 oz of water.

MSW is ok - her computer died and the replacement won't show up until next week - so that's why she's offline.

Good Morning MM,

Yesterday was a wonderful day. Back on track with my vitiams and water

Exercise: 30 cardio and 30 on my total body.

Food
Breakfast turkey sausage and hard boiled eggs
lunch: 2 chicken wings and mixed greens
Snack Oh Yeah protien drinks
Dinner: Grilled Halibut and zucchini

HW 312/SW 293/CW 190.2/GW 160

1st mini goal 250 done 04/24/09
2nd mini goal under 200 done 09/11/2009

I'm kicking it into gear today but yesterday didn't go so well. I've been craving chocolate lately.

Yesterday I went to kickboxing but only lasted 30 minutes. I felt like I was going to pass out. I forgot to eat lunch yesterday.

I will work out tonight at home for at least 1 hour.
When nothing else could help................LOVE lifted me!!!!

Today's plan:

B- Sausage egg & Cheese omelette

S- Decafe Coffee with splenda

L- Tuna salad

S- EAS Strawberry Low Carb Protein Shake

D- Ground beef with cheese & toss salad

Water and sf kool aid with splenda all day.


Yesterday went well except fro the exercise.  I am hitting the gym today at lunch.
