Umm my cabose got derailed last night......

Learning that since my son is in activities after school and work I need to be more prepared when it comes to food..Needles to say after football pratice we had Denny's

Eventhough I'm pre-op I've noticed that I was a weigh in Junkie so none of that for me until the end!


B-Omlett(Ham and Cheese)
S-I forget it @ home
L-Im thinking I don't want a protien shake
D-Have't really thought that far

Will I fall off today..Maybe but I'm talking it one day at a time!!!!!

Yesterday went well.  Eating was good, I went to the gym at lunch.

Today's plan

B- 4 strips of bacon

S- Decafe Coffee with splenda

L- Hamburger with cheese (no bun)

S- EAS Carb Control Shake

D- Barbque with slaw

S- Pork Rinds  (if needed)

SF Kool-aid and water all day.

l- ground meat and salad
s- carbmaster's yogurt
d- chicken breast and greens
Water 80+ oz and vitamins already taken.

sure ground turkey of course, onions, bell pepper . chilli mix the powder,and a can of tomato low in sodium I go beanless and cornless thats what I usually add but trying to keep the carb count low nameeeeeeeen. Hope that helps

Hello everyone........ Everything is going ok so far today.

B-Ham and cheese roll
L- Jerk Shrimp
S- pork rinds
D- Ham and cheese roll and small toss salad

4 mile cycle 150 crunches on ball 4 sets upper body.

Had coffee not decaf

Down 1 pound today

So far.....I am getting in about 50-60 g of protein a day (Dr reccomended...I haven't gone to a nutritionist)....These I eat everyday plus meat for lunch and dinner.
