Morning BAF!!!!

What's the verdict? How are you doing so far? How often are you weighing in? What's working for you/what is not working so far?

For me:

I had a ton of watermelon last night so I don't think that was too good. I had protein coffee yesterday/baked chicken. Today I plan to make sure I'm prepared and stop eating on the go so much.

Hey - I am doing GRRRREEEAAT!!  LOL  I'm on point and even exercising more. 

I was 197.8 last Friday - my scale said 194.0 this morning - so it's moving in the RIGHT direction!

I got my plan and supplies for today - I'm READY..... BRING IT!!!!!  LOL

I don't just have issues, I have subscriptions!  I'm saving on the newsstand price.......

I saw your post that you worked out this morning??? Say it ain't so??? How did you like it? I'm such an early bird so I really love morning workouts.

I KNOW, huh???  I have NEVER EVER EVER done that - I actually really like it!  I am going to do a lil more tomorrow morning - I had to figure out a good spot in my house - I might even turn on Gilad.......

I'm going to try to get back in the swing of the 6 a.m workouts. I have two little ones so it's very peaceful when I workout early. For some reason lately......I'm totally exhausted after work and it's been hard to stay the course. I'm really trying to tighten up my arms/thighs....any suggestions?

Talisha,  When did you have your lab work done?  What vitamins do you take? The protein train may not be a good idea for you right now.

funny you should ask........I'm calling my doc office today for an appointment for my labs. I tried it two weeks ago and it helped me get out of my stall and drop 5 pounds easily because I wasn't sticking to it whole heartily. I will keep you posted.

It's day two for me and all is well.


Yesterday, I did all liquid protein.

Today:

B-Isopure protein shake with ground flaxseed

After work out - Isopure protein shake with ground flaxseed

Lunch - Protein coffee

Snack - boneless/skinless chicken breast

Dinner - Turkey burger with collard greens
