Accountability Mission: No Mercy and No Excuses 

Its time to tell the whole truth and be accountable.   How did you fare this yesterday?  Did you eat well, do well, exercise well?  Have you made any changes others may benefit from knowing about?  Please do share!   

Is your heart really in this thing 100% (why, why not)?  Are you finding ways to rationalize avoiding exercise, not sticking with your goals, or other mscll bull**** that can land you right back where you started? Think about it, it may not always be fun, but are you doing everything you can do to be succesful?

Yesterday was a breeze.  Stayed on point with no problem at all - I did get a snack urge day before yesterday afternoon and succumbed to a mini pack of peanut butter crackers, but I took cheese and lunchmeat yesterday and did roll ups in the afternoon and that hit the spot. 

Didn't exercise yesterday evening - but I did some light work this morning when I got up - I'm looking to take Lee's suggestion and exercise while I watch TV tonight.

As for menu:
B - scrambled eggs w/cheese
L - BBQ chicken breast, side salad
D - black beans w/ground turkey and spices
S - string cheese and lunchmeat/provolone roll ups

Water - shooting for 80 oz
Vitamins - check!

Breakfast chicken tigh and mix veggies

Snack protein shake

Lunch nothing

Snack protein bullet

Dinner homemade chilli with lettuce and a few nacho chips.........

Plus I added a 4 mile bike ride

My heart's not it in the past few days but I'm not sure why. I'm trying to ride this protein train but it's taking me a few days to pull myself together. I want to plan a little better. No exercise for me either but will also take Lee's advise and workout on commercials!

Yesterday was day 2 of the 5 day pouch test and it was a bear.  I'm giving props to those who have to suffer through a long liquid pre-op diet, it's not easy.

The weird part is that today is my first day of solid protein and I was almost afraid to eat;I just wanted to drink my protein smoothie, but I ate about 3/4 of a mesquite tuna steak and 1 egg egg salad and I must say that my pouch is tight again.

Lunch is chicken salad
Snack, breakfast and lunch leftovers.

This afternoon is spin class and I may sneak to the reggae workout after work.

Almost didn't make it to gym last night.  I was tired than a mudd plus I was searching for a reason not to go.  Someone was supposed to look at my hot tub yesterday and I thought that would take a long time but it didn't.  When they left, I had all this time left so I packed up the fam and headed to the gym.  Once I get in there and get going, I'm good to go.  Knocked out pecs, shoulders and abs.

B-scrabled eggs/bacon/protein coffee
L- cheap @zz Banquet meal (beef patty and noodles)
S-beef and cheeze
D-on know yet

Tonight, running that treadmill for 30
leg activity
ab activity

....and coming back home to watched my recorded episodes of Operation Repo!!!!!

I done gone and caught a cold.  I'm hoping I can ride this crappy feeling and lack of appetite out for a couple of lb weight loss.  I ain't gonna lie-no exercise yesterday, I was sniffing and sneezing and felt like my throat and been scraped with a brillo pad.

Eating yesterday:
B: bowl of Special K and berries with skim milk, coffee
L: few bites of salad with chicken
D: yogurt, wasn't hungry

I did get about 40 oz  of water in though.
