Question about the 5 day pouch test

Dang, it sure would have been nice to suffer with someone else. lol
Sunday night I just made the decision to do it this week because the past two weeks I've been eating like crazy and I really feel like I'm eating more at a meal than I really should. Sooo I said let me do this to hopefully rid myself of the carb monster and feel some restriction in my pouch.
The first day down was horrible, everything smelled so good. I was even salivating over healthy food that my greedy ass should have been eating in the first place, go figure lol.
So one day of liquids only down and one more to go, I really hope tomorrow will be better.
As for you pudding, you can't have that on the 5 day pouch test the only thing that you are allowed is liquids on the first two days and the last three graduating levels of solid protein and water, that's it. Lawd I can't wait for the soft protein day.

I know I will salivate. This requires my mind to be focus.Keep of the good work!
I researched the pouch test from this website. http://5daypouchtest.com/plan/days1_2.htmlIt states:
Days One & Two: Liquid Protein
low-carb protein shakes, broth, clear or cream soups, sugar-free gelatin and pudding.
The consistency of the gelatin/pudding would be considered a liquid form as it is digested.
