Don't wait until after Surgery to start working out even if it's for only 15 minutes!!  I know most of the vets contribute alot of their success to maintaining a good workout routine!!!

I have to agree with this..I haven't gotten a date yet. I'm just at making my psych and NUT appts..

I've slowed down a lot on my exercise but I'm getting back on it so it doesn't seem so foreign to me.. good tip
