2 macaroon cookies and a chocolate protein shake. 

It should be against the laws of nature for women over 40 to still suffer with PMS!!!!

Hey, Babe.

It's the crackers that's doing it to you.  Substitute them with a dense protein and you will feel full longer.

Good Morning Hope!

I was slacking on my protein (GB surgery issues) but I'm getting back on track.

This morning I'm sipping on "Pam's Protein Chai" tea. Yummy!
