Its time to tell the whole truth and be accountable. How did you fare this WEEKEND? Did you eat well, do well, exercise well? Have you made any changes others may benefit from knowing about? Please do share!
Is your heart really in this thing 100% (why, why not)? Are you finding ways to rationalize avoiding exercise, not sticking with your goals, or other mscll bull**** that can land you right back where you started? Think about it, it may not always be fun, but are you doing everything you can do to be succesful?

V'N MY RNY. WORKING FOR ME BECAUSE I WORK FOR IT.
Missing you all, I really need my BAF life line. Without my pc I have no clue how I'm really doing except for the scale which says I'm still retaining loads of water. Eating has been mediocre but not awfull. Clueless about my calorie deficit for the week.
I need to be more careful about my foods especially carbs until I can track my calories again. Out of power, pc flatlineing, aarrrrgh!!!
I'm in the middle of my first week on this medical diet program - diet pills and two shots - was 194.8 on my scale this morning - was 197.sumptin on Friday.
I'm doing the Atkins low/no carb - my house is stocked up with things I can munch on - but I am not really all that hungry - I actually feel like a newbie again - forgetting to eat! LOL
I also bought an aerobic step to exercise at home - this doc's plan requires no less than 30 min a day - Sat and Sun were full of housework which was a serious workout (no lie!) so tonight will be my first night doing the step DVD.
