Losing Weight????

Is it possible to lose weight even after bad habit have resurfaced?  I still need to lose 40 pounds...  Any suggestions?

This is my honest/tough love suggestion......Ditch the bad habits! 

I know it's easier said than done, but keep your eye on the prize, refocus....do what worked in the very beginning.  Strive to adopt healthier habits and you will see that 40lb loss. 

Life is not about making it through the storm....but learning how to dance in the rain.

Hey girl, I seem to have hit a slight stall myself.  Tell you what, we can kick these last 40 together.  Im going to start a protein train next week I believe, and switching to only drinking water; also increasing my workouts and making sure Im eating LOTS of lean meats that are high in protein.  I got your back girl!
