Arrived late for my training session and didn't have my sneakers, yuk, but I will return after work for a group cycle class. The trainer is reasonable and I will not lose that session. He's going to allow me a makeup session.

I am not doing well now that I do not have my trainer.
It's different when you are accountable to someone else.  But It's just not in my budget. I want to have my lower body lift and breasts done by the end of the year so all extra money needs to be put towards my surgery.
Keep me informed of your progress.  I miss my trainer...........

this is day 1 of 30min step in the evening - I'll pop in that DVD and get to it!!!

I also have 10lb free weights, so I will do some lifting with those afterward. 

I don't just have issues, I have subscriptions!  I'm saving on the newsstand price.......

Good morning,
  Today's work out was tough. I had been slacking and I feel it around my waist and in the weight room at the gym. I am not worried about it. In two weeks I will be back to normal.  The run felt wonderful this morning.  I love the way I feel after. Ready to take on the world!!!!

Gotta start the week off right; I've been slacking for the past 2 weeks.  This afternoon it's either treadmill or a spin class.

I see we were in the same boat for the past two weeks.

I just finished up at the gym.  It was tough, but it felt good.
