Alright - today is Day 1 of my new weight loss 'experiment'.....
Say what you want - but I'm doing WHATEVER to lose. So yesterday I went to a doctor that has a weight loss clinic program - and yep - I got them prescription diet pills. He also has B-12 shots and a fat burner shot with his program - I'll get those this afternoon.
He also requires following the Atkins plan and exercising no less than 30 min each day. I'll be on this plan HARD and HEAVY for the next month - I have my follow up with my plastic surgeon on Oct 15 - so that's 4 weeks to NOT roll up in there heavier than before he cut me - I can't let him down, but more importantly - can't let MYSELF down.... I've come too far!!!!
So - for the vets - figured documenting the whole thing might be helpful - for the newbies - it don't stop and it don't quit - so if you're thinking it's a magic bullet and you can always stay in line.....
