3 years today.....
) Well Im 189lbs in 12/14 bottoms and med/large tops. Back on my grind with my workout program...parttime job had a sister messed up.I pray all is well with everyone and if anyone in the DMV looking for a workout buddy pl**** me up.

just wanted to say congrats to u and good luck going forward, today is also my anniversary (1year)........and your right WLS has been a terrific tool, that i hope i never take for granted........i was explaining to someone yesterday that i fast on the 15th of every month just out of respect for my surgery........take care
