Are we REALLY doing THIS much coverage on Obama's jacka**  comment about Kanye?

And the argument really isn't that what he said isn't true...... just that he SAID it.

Can we bring back truth and candor PLEASE??  Heck yea Kanye is a jacka** and I am GLAD the BLACK president said that ish about his black azz!!!!

So what - because he's the president he can't curse?  as jacked up as this country is - he should be cursing ALL the time!  EVERY speech ought to start with 'You mofos right here need to understand I ain't for all this bullshiot - so here's how it's going down today.....'

Or is anyone upset that he said that ish.... I mean, for real?????

I don't just have issues, I have subscriptions!  I'm saving on the newsstand price.......

Last year on the day of an uprising in Chad, CNN devoted about 45 seconds to the coupe and the rest of the day t Brittny Spears.  This too, another non event,  is typical of how our free press holds up a shiney object to distract the American public from what is really going on in the world.  Seems we should be analysing the open disrespect shown to the leader of the free world by a certain Southern polititian *****mains without remorse.

House passes resolution criticizing Wilson

WASHINGTON (CNN) -- The House of Representatives on Tuesday formally admonished Republican Rep. Joe Wilson for shouting "you lie" during President Obama's speech to a joint session of Congress last week.

Hopefully this will send a message.  He was testing the waters to see what he could get away with.

speaking of the southern gentleman, Inside Edition showed an interview with his wife last night, which was hiliarous.  She said when he called, she asked him who the nut was that heckled the prez, she said he paused & admitted it was him, she started laughing at him & said "for real, who was the nut who heckled the prez?"

I've said from day one,, no matter what comes out of this man's mouth,,,,,,, someone is gonna
have something to say about it, whether it's right or wrong,, they're gonna pick him apart.  I live
in New Haven, Ct  where the Yale student was killed,, in fact I work at Yale,, the news covered
the story very well,,, but they made sure to stick President Obama's remarks up in the mix too.

And while on the subject,, listen to people when they speak of him,, they say OBAMA this and
OBAMA that,, what ever happened to PRESIDENT,,,,,, everyone else carried that title,, why can't he?  Why  is he just Obama?

I think the real issue is that the President had told them his comment was off the record, and then the jacka-- reported went and put it on Twitter!  Off record means no record period. The reported was way out of protocol on that and shouldn't be granted another White House interview ever. I don't think the use jacka-- is the main buzz, but that they didn't respect what the President said when he asked it to be off the record.

I agree, Cat.  There is going to be a lot of backlash about using social networking to discuss work related information after this mess.  That one Twitter incident is going to be causing human resources departments all over the country to be sending out some memos and revising company policies on confidentiality and corporate compliance.
